Experts: AI technologies can change human capital in Russia
MOSCOW, Nov 28 (PRIME) -- Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies could transform Russia's human capital, the Analytical Center for the government said on Wednesday in the Man and Innovations report.
“(AI technologies) will be used to modify the production costs structure almost in all sectors of the economy: all routine, repeating operations will be changed, as Russian companies reject the services of call center operators or accountant advisers with the beginner level of knowledge,” the report read.
The technologies will not only replace the workforce, but will become a source of new jobs, like in creative industries, journalism, design, healthcare, and others.
“The risk zone includes the professions where AI technologies can replace the man, like drivers, workers, servicing railway infrastructure, and the like. For example, national carrier Russian Railways plans to lay off 28,000 employees by 2025.
